MEMPHIS, TN – Memphis Police have issued a City Watch Alert for 16 year-old Amber Verner. According to investigators, Amber Verner was last seen leaving her home in the 1400 block of Bonnie around 2:00 a.m., July 10, 2008. Police say she was wearing a pink T-shirt with a gold teddy bear on it, light purple pants, and flip flop shoes. Police say Amber is mentally challenged and may be in danger. If anyone knows the whereabouts of 16 year-old Amber Verner, call the Missing Persons Bureau at (901) 373-3883 or the Memphis Police Department at (901) 545-4559.
