Better Female Orgasms - Increasing Libido and Female Orgasm Sensitivity

Thursday, December 3, 2009 0 comments

While there has been a focus on male sexuality enhancement over the past ten
years or so, women have often been ignored when it came to sexuality research.
The focus now seems to be shifting, and women's sexuality is suddenly
attracting many researchers that are looking to improve and enhance female's
sex lives. Diagnosing female sexual dysfunctions is the job for a professional,
but women should try and understand their own sexuality in order to get the
most out of their sex life. There are a variety of techniques that work for
different women, and today there are also a number of female sexual enhancement
products for both increasing libido as well as enhancing female orgasm
sensitivity. This article is intended to shed some light on women's sexual
enhancement and increasing female orgasms.

Sometimes women can suffer from a sexual dysfunction and they aren't able to
enjoy a healthy sex life as they normally should. While some dysfunctions are
more serious than others, many problems are not considered to be major and are
easy to understand and even correct. Low female libido is a very common
complaint amongst middle aged women, and is nothing to be concerned about. Sex
drive is fueled by a number of hormones, and if these hormone levels fluctuate
so do female emotions. Keeping these female libido hormones in check is the
trick to maintaining a healthy sex drive. Some women can even suffer from
decreased orgasm sensitivity, which can be very frustrating. Luckily, there are
different techniques that can help, and even some cream products for this
problem.

Different techniques can often be the key for increasing female orgasm
sensitivity. This includes different positions as well as different stimulation
techniques for bringing on female orgasms. Every woman is different, and
individuals will need to find what works best for them. Most orgasms are
stimulated through the clitoris, usually by rubbing, pressing, or using a
vibrator against this hyper-sensitive part of the female anatomy. While this
usually works for stimulating orgasms in females, others might find that they
prefer vaginal stimulation to reach orgasm. Something that should be understood
is that vaginal stimulation rarely results in orgasms, and the clitoris is
almost always the easiest trigger for a female orgasm.

Beyond different techniques, there are now a number of effective products for
female orgasm enhancement and increasing female libido. Although the past
couple of decades have brought countless sexual enhancement products for men,
it wasn't until the most recent few years that women's products came to the
market. Now there are many natural products for increasing female libido, based
on herbs and vitamins that are known to settle hormonal fluctuations in women.
These products are all based on research from civilizations around the world,
and many women are already taking some of the ingredients in these supplements,
like Black Cohosh, Vitamins A, B, C, etc. Alternatively, for women suffering
from decreased orgasm sensitivity there now topical creams, also completely
natural. These new creams are allowing women that were never able to experience
orgasms to reach new heights of pleasure. Being based on natural ingredients,
these products are medically approved and safe for women of all ages.

Female sexuality problems have become the focus of a new group of researchers.
A high percentage of women suffer from decreasing libido, an inability to come
to orgasm, or a number of other sexual problems. While there is no simple
answer to female sexuality, there are plenty of techniques and even some
different products for female sexual enhancement.

Jonathan Matthews is an avid sexual health activist, and encourages a healthy
sex life for both women and men. His site, http://www.sexdriveforher.com is
considered to be one of the most comprehensive female sexual enhancement
websites online.

For Ladies Only: Can’t Reach Orgasm? Here’s A Secret…

Wednesday, December 2, 2009 0 comments

It’s estimated that about 10% of women have never experienced the joys of
reaching a climax. And it doesn’t matter what type of ‘lovemaking’ they engage
in. Whether it’s with a partner or via masturbation, some women simply cannot
seem to find the road to the Big O.

This has led countless women to seek sex counseling and in my practice, I’ve
had the opportunity to share what some ’secrets’ that have helped countless
women get out of that 10% statistic.

The secret is actually all about tension and relaxation. It may sound like an
oxymoron now but read on below to know more!
The Road To Climax Tip #1: Tense Those Muscles

On one hand, you can’t help but tense up during intercourse right? After all,
all that stimulation gets the blood flowing, which in turn heightens sexual
arousal. The problem is some women tend to relax the muscles or tissues that
contract while making love. Why?

For one, some women tend to be passive in bed. But let me assure you the days
of ‘lying there and receiving it’ are over. If you want an orgasm, you better
get up there and participate! And yes, tense your muscles while you’re at
it.

For example, while in the woman on top position, squeeze your pubococcygeus
muscles (PC muscles). These are the same muscles you use when you try to stop
the flow of your pee. By contracting these muscles, not only are you giving
your man pleasure by gripping his penis, you are also increasing the friction
between your genitals, thereby increasing sexual pleasure (which is supposed to
push to you a wonderful climax).
The Road To Climax Tip #2: Relax Your Mind

The relaxation part comes in the form of letting go of your thoughts. We women
can be so BUSY up there! Seriously, do you really have to make a mental note
that you need to pick up something from the dry cleaners tomorrow while riding
him now?!?

So free your mind, relax, and just let the erotic pleasures that sex bring you
wash over you.

If relaxing is hard for you, take cue from the silent radio technique that’s
employed a lot in area where people have to fall in line. Notice that
electronic billboard that shows snippets of news from left to right? It draws
your attention to it doesn’t it?

So, next time you make love, plaster that electronic billboard in your mind
with sentences like “omg… his penis is REALLY hitting it now!” or “here it
comes, here it comes, here it comes!”. By focusing your thoughts on the
pleasures that are ravaging over your body, you’ll hopefully be able to finally
experience a climax.

Remember, to reach the Big O, tense your muscles but relax your mind. Doesn’t
sound like an oxymoron at all, does it?

Superb Thrusting Technique

Monday, August 3, 2009 0 comments

"A superb thrusting technique that brings great pleasure to a woman and helps a
man to last is a combination of deep and shallow thrusts. By shallow thrusts we
mean your penis only enters 11/2 to 2 inches inside your partner. This first
couple of inches is the most sensitive part of a woman's vagina. Deep thrusts
mean your penis enters as fully as you can.

In this technique you combine a series of nine fairly quick shallow thrusts
with one slow deep one. The shallow thrusts stimulate your partner's most
sensitive vaginal tissues and at the same time create a vacuum effect that
makes her ache for the deep thrust to come. And because most of your thrusts
are shallow ones, exciting only the first few inches of your penis, you're able
to rock on for much longer!

With your attention fully engaged in this way - on your partner, your breath,
your genital muscles — you are going to last a long time. As your lovemaking
goes on, and on, and on… perhaps for hours, the energy within you and between
you and your lover will accumulate to such an intense level that you may
spontaneously experience the opening of your higher "spiritual" centers. With
this opening comes an experience of ecstasy, bliss, joy, and wonder. This is
where mastery of ejaculation can lead you and your satisfied partner."

5 Shocking Myths About The Female Orgasm

Women want to know why they aren't able to have orgasms with their partners.
Couples want to know how they achieve simultaneous or multiple orgasms.

It's not surprising that orgasms are such a popular topic. Anyone who has ever
experienced an orgasm knows that they feel wonderful and create a feeling not
easily duplicated by anything else, particularly when they are achieved in a
loving, committed relationship.

What is surprising is that so little is known about female orgasms.

Both men and women come to me with all kinds of misinformation about the
subject. Others are completely lacking any kind of information. They don't even
know how to get started. Some are disillusioned or frustrated as a result of
repeated faked orgasms.

After all this time, I've decided it is time to educate more people about
female orgasms.

Now, before you can begin learning anything new about any subject, you must
usually un-learn some of what you've been taught in the past.

When that subject is female orgasms, that fact is even more true.

For a long time, female orgasms have been misunderstood by both men and women
and that has brought us to a point where a sizable portion of sexually active
women have never had an orgasm and even more have never had an orgasm with
their partner.

Both groups and their sexual partners are missing out on a wonderful
experience, but before you can begin learning the techniques which will
generate that elusive orgasm you must first confront some of the most common
myths in our culture about female orgasms.

These 5 myths are literally ruining the sex life of THOUSANDS of couples.

After you understand that these are JUST myths (and nothing else) you will
finally know that it is possible to please a woman with multiple orgasms every
time.

With that said, let´s get started...

Myth 1: Some women just can't have orgasms.

While there are women who have never had an orgasm, there is no evidence to
suggest some women are incapable of having orgasms. There are two reasons why
some women have not had orgasms in their lives.

The first is that for whatever reason they have never masturbated. Masturbation
is often a woman's first orgasm experience.

The second is that they simply are not receiving the proper type of genital
stimulation. Clitoral stimulation is needed by most women to have an orgasm.
Without that stimulation, it most likely isn't going to happen.

There are some women who have psychological blocks when it comes to
experiencing sexual pleasure. This may be the result of any number of past
events in their lives, but even that does not mean they are physically
incapable of having an orgasm. If they worked through those problems, they
would be able to engage in orgasm-producing intercourse just like any other
woman.

Myth 2: Women take longer to reach orgasm than men.

This is another common myth which has not been supported by research. The
reason people believe this is that they don't understand the female arousal
pattern.

Women's arousal patterns are much different than men's and, as a result, they
are physically prepared for intercourse later than men are.

The time from optimal arousal to orgasm is pretty much identical for both men
and women. The difference is in how long it takes to reach that level of
arousal. Because men often don't know how to help their partners get to that
point, it does seem to take longer.

Once that's changed, however, men find their partners reach orgasm more quickly
and even have multiple orgasms in quick succession.

Myth 3: A Woman can reach orgasm more easily if her partner has a large
penis.

Men who have worried for eons about the size of their penis can relax.

The truth is that size really doesn't matter all that much. Since only the
first two inches of a woman's vagina are sensitive to stimulation, anything
over that amount is useless during intercourse, at least from the woman's
physical perspective.

In fact, when men are overly concerned with the size of their penis and whether
it's sufficient, their minds aren't focused on pleasuring their partner and
that is no way to experience female orgasm.

A survey done by the Kinsey Institute found that the average size of an erect
penis measured from the tip to where it connects with the rest of the body is
6.16 inches in length. The girth of an erect penis is 4.84 inches on
average.

Both of these statistics are come as a surprise to men and to women who have
been convinced by our culture (and possibly pornographic movies and magazines)
that the average size of an erect penis is eight or nine inches. That same
Kinsey study actually found that less than 2% of men have penises which meet
that requirement.

Remember whether a man's penis size is below, above, or just average, he still
has the ability to help his partner reach orgasm and that is far more worthy of
praise than a few extra inches of penis.

How to Attract Women: Seven Great Ways to Flirt with Women

Girls are more inclined to give off, and notice, body signals than guys, and
are ALWAYS looking for signs from us guys, as well. Guys ask me what we men
should do for body language, so this column will give you the answers.

You have to remember that whatever you say, however you gesture your hands,
arms, head, and eyes, women are NOT taking your movements at face value. If she
jokes with you and you lightly push her away as if to say "Stop", she's taking
that simple gesture as something more: interest, dis-interest, enjoyment,
annoyance?any of a million different signals. She's reading it for further
suggestions as to what kind of guy you are, and what your interest in her is.
Know that with body language, girls are always reading the way you move and
act!

Here are my "Lucky Seven" best ways to show interest:

The confident eye gaze
The "Dale Head Drop"
Smile!
Open body language
Lean in to her
Thumbs in belt
Touch her

Let's look at each in more detail:

1. The confident eye gaze

This is how you start your interest. Nothing shows confidence off the bat like
meeting a girl's eyes, and KEEPING YOUR STARE. If you see her look down and
smile, you know you've made it and the time to approach is now. If she looks
away from you but doesn't smile, give her a shot nonetheless; just the fact
that she met your eyes for a second or two shows interest.

2. The Dale Head Drop

So named after the guy who mastered the art of getting women rushing to his
side, just with a simple shrug! If you really want to blow away a girl?and show
some balls?meet a girl's eyes, then knowingly drop your head to the side, as if
to say, "Hey, you know you want me. Come over here and get me!" I've found this
to work incredibly well in foreign countries. In the States, the girls tend to
be able to see through it a bit more?but it still works!

3. Smile!

It's often overlooked, but nothing communicates happiness, confidence, and
interest in a girl all in one like a nice big smile. Show the girl you're in
control, show her you're confident, show her you're a fun guy to be around:
brighten the place up with a big smile! And if your teeth need work, then get
them fixed! It's good not just for your chances of meeting a girl, but also for
your health and appearance!

4. Open Body Language

So many guys walk or sit with their arms crossed, their legs close together,
and their faces anxious and flat. Stop that! Welcome a girl into your world:
Have your arms open and leaned back, your legs open and relaxed, your face warm
and inviting. You'll not only attract yourself into a girl's world, but also
into the world of people at a party, club, or bar who can help you meet a
future girlfriend?or even wife!

5. Lean in to her

As you're talking to a girl, especially while seated, show her your interest
with confidence by leaning in closer. You don't want to be a creep, of course,
but you can generally tell by a girl's body language and talk how interested
she is in you. If things are looking good, show her your control of the
situation?and interest in her?by leaning in and generally getting closer to
her. Leaning back does the opposite; it shows you're unconfident and not overly
interested. Not what you want to communicate.

6. Thumbs in belt

Ever put your thumbs in your belt, with your hands at your hips' side? This is
processed as a sign of being confident in one's sexuality and size. So if
you're standing around at a bar or club and want to convey confidence, this
will certainly be understood by girls!

7. Touch her!

Yup, nothing gets you closer to a girl than physical touch. Great conversations
and emotional/spiritual chemistry are great, but if you really want to take it
to the next level, you'll have to eventually show some balls and touch her. I'm
not talking about grabbing her and making out (unless it really is going that
well and she's flirting out of control!), but doing little things: brushing
your arm by her shoulders, lightly massaging her, leading her by the arm to
another location in the place. By making a physical connection, you're giving
her a sign loud and clear that you're confident in yourself and interested in
her.

Rejuvenating Sex And Health Naturally

Our physical and psychological makeup is influenced by the sexual imperative
far more than most of us realize or wish to admit. Entire systems of
psychoanalytical therapy (e.g. Freud) are based upon the premise that we are
primarily sexual creatures.

Behaviorally, there is little doubt that there are dramatic differences between
the sexes. This can be seen even in the earliest of years. (This is so in spite
of vigilant efforts by "rights" groups to blur distinctions and to declare
sexual equality by legal fiat.) Girls with dolls and boys with trucks and guns
manifest with no coaching from parents, and reflect the natural nurturing
tendencies of girls versus the more aggressive and protecting inclination of
boys. Physically the primary and secondary sexual characteristics are obviously
different. These features, in fact, attract the opposite sex and prepare each
sex for reproduction, caregiving and protection for the young.

But sex is not just about recreation or procreation. It can directly impact
health. For example, the risk of breast cancer is directly linked to
childbearing and nursing in women ? having children and nursing them for
extended periods of time decreases the number of ovulations a woman has and
thus decreases the pro-cancerous estrogen surges. Other research has
demonstrated that fulfilling sexual activity in women is also linked to
health.

A man's sense of strength, perception of attractiveness to women, feelings of
being loved and depended upon, financial success, respect, and feeling accepted
are all intricately tied to sexuality. Male sexual self-worth goes hand-in-hand
with physical and mental health.

Who primarily commits violent crime in society? Is it not young men in the
heyday of their testosterone surge? Sexuality and health at their peak create
the potential for either great accomplishment or great harm depending upon how
these energies are focused.

On the other hand, when male hormone levels start to ebb in later years, health
decline parallels this downturn. Men experience loss of muscle mass, lowered
energy levels, decreased immunity, increased susceptibility to a variety of
degenerative diseases, decreased libido and fertility, and various degrees of
impotence. Sensing this decline, men can feel hopeless, worthless and at the
end of life. Such feelings further fuel the downward health spiral often
resulting in an early death.

Sex Diet FAQs

Sunday, August 2, 2009 0 comments

This page is going to attempt to answer frequently asked questions (FAQs) about
Sex Diets. Since "Sex Diet" is a relatively new term, many misconceptions
exist.

What is a Sex Diet?

A Sex Diet is a program which relies on the benefits of love, sex, and intimacy
to promote good health. When done properly, sex has been shown to help many
people with weightloss, fitness, depression issues, cardiac health, etc.

What is a Sex Diet NOT?

A Sex Diet is NOT a "diet" based on depriving your body of certain foods. It is
NOT meant to be undertaken with multiple partners (the benefits of sex are
shown to be maximized in monogamous relationships. Using non-monogamous
relationships for a Sex Diet can actually be detrimental).

I have a lack of sex drive. How can a Sex Diet help me?

A lack of sex drive can be caused by a variety of factors (including certain
medications). One cause is a low testosterone level (this applies to both men
and women). If this is the case, a Sex Diet can actually HELP your problem, as
certain types of foreplay (i.e. LOVING Pillow Fights, Wrestling, etc.) can
actually INCREASE your body's testosterone production. Also, if you have
emotional and/or psychological issues, I would highly recommend seeing a
psychologist or psychiatrist, and reading The Ultimate Sex Diet by Kerry
McCloskey as I think she deals with this topic well.

There are so many "fad diets". Is this another one?

Nope. Sex Dieting is becoming a hot topic in the medical community (amongst
sexologists, reproductive health specialists, etc.) Sex Diets do not involve
purchasing any "milkshakes" or nasty tasting "low-carb bars". I would, however,
encourage you to buy The Ultimate Sex Diet, as it's probably the most
comprehensive book on the topic and gives many suggestions that I've found
invaluable, including exercise and aphrodesiacs to help you build a program.
She also helps you come up with the right attitude to approach your sex
diet.

Why did you start this page?

After I read The Ultimate Sex Diet (can I just say USD now??), I started the
program that was outlined in the book. I've wasted SOOOOOOOOO much money on so
many diets it makes me want to cry, but I've actually dropped two sizes and my
relationship's been elevated to a whole new level of whirlwind romance. I
couldn't find any other pages strictly devoted to the topic so I thought I'd
start one. If I ever figure out how, I might get a messageboard posted on
here.

The C-Spot and G-Spot Orgasm Cocktail

Women have two main sex zones: the clitoris and the g-spot or the Grafenberg
spot. Most women come via clitoral stimulation. Not really surprising as it’s
the one more accessible between the two. And if you’ve ever had a g-spot orgasm
then you KNOW how earth-shattering THAT can be.

So why not aim for higher sexual heights with a ‘blended orgasm’?
What’s a Blended Orgasm?

As the name suggests, a blended orgasm is one where you climax via your
clitoris (c-spot) AND Grafenberg spot (g-spot). As these pleasure zones are
located in different places, the orgasm that you feel from one largely differs
from the other. As a result, if you can stimulate both and climax from both
simultaneously, then you can say you’ve hit the mother load of climaxes!
The Blended O… Solo

Before you run off to tell your man that you want a blended orgasm, take some
time to figure out how to do this first on your own. This way, you can guide
him better and can remove any possible awkwardness or frustration later
together in bed.

The best way to try this is to close the curtains (or dim the lights), play
some soft music, and then lie down. When you feel relaxed, start to stimulate
your clitoris. No rush, just take your time.

When you’re finally wet and really aroused, leave off your c-spot for a while
and go seek your g-spot. Insert your index finger inside and try to feel
alongside the front wall of your vagina for a slightly rough and engorged nub.
In general, you g-spot should feel like the upper side of your mouth. Don’t
worry; when you’re close the g-spot you will definitely feel it because waves
of arousal will hit you.

Note that as you stimulate your g-spot, you may feel this sudden urge urinate.
Oftentimes, this is when things go wrong because women, thinking that they’ll
embarrass themselves by peeing, will start to tense up and demand for the
stimulation to stop. On the contrary, just keep on going and this feeling will
soon come to pass.

Now as you feel yourself nearing your g-spot climax, use your other hand (or if
your fingers are long enough and you can angle your hand properly, use the
thumb on the same hand you’re suing to stimulate your g-spot) to go back and
titillate your clitoris.

All I can say at this point is get ready for tremendous tremors to rock your
body!
The Blended O… In Tandem

Now that you know how to bring yourself to a combi-orgasm, it’s time to bring
your lover into the equation.

Lie down as comfortably as you can on the bed and ask your men to prop your
hips with a small pillow. (This is to elevate your groin.) To warm you - and
him - up, ask for some oral loving.

When you’re all hot and wet, tell him now’s the time to enter. As he thrusts,
his penis should hit the gspot (thanks to your slightly elevated position). If
this is not the case, then tilt your hips higher. If it helps, tell him to
‘drag’ you to the edge of the bed so that he’s standing as he thrusts. Continue
until you’re just about to burst from a g-spot climax.

Top 10 Tips To Give Women An Orgasm

Did you know that women can experience different types of orgasms and can even
have multiple orgasms? It’s true! Unfortunately, many women can go years
without an orgasm from their partner, and we all know how hard it is to satisfy
a woman.

Here are 10 tips to increase the chances she’ll reach climax, including the
secret to multiple orgasms:
Start outside the bedroom

Want to increase the chances she’ll orgasm? When was the last time you
surprised her with a little drawing, letter or flowers and sent them to her at
work? Believe it or not, creative and romantic gestures DO turn women on
because love and lovemaking are interconnected in a woman’s brain. Do this and
you can bet-your-bottom-dollar you’ll be doing more than just eating dinner
when she walks in the door! :)
Relax her

It’s very hard for women to orgasm if they are stressed. Give her a quick back
massage. Rub her shoulders, upper back and neck to melt away the tension.
Ignore the vagina

Did you know that prolonged foreplay actually increases the chances of her
coming? That’s right. By kissing, caressing and touching her LONGER, you’ll
build the sexual tension and often the anticipation will be very
powerful.
Change your focus

If you focus all your attention on the woman first, you’ll make love to her
much more passionately. Think about it! If you’ve finished first and decide to
help her come, you won’t have the enthusiasm and passion that’s needed to keep
her hot and turned on.
Tip to last longer

Of course the first step to help her reach orgasm is by not coming. The best
way I’ve found to not come is: Penetrate as normal and when you feel like
you’re about to come, simply move your hips in a circular motion (like swaying
a hula hoop) and wait until the “little guys” subside again. Now continue
pleasuring. :D
Don’t use lubricants

Women have a natural lubricant that fills the vagina when they’re turned on. By
using a product substitute, you’re only fooling yourself. Without products,
you’ll instantly know if things are working; but with them, you can never be
sure.
Never too much clitoris

Did you know that once you’ve stimulated the clitoris for some time, a little
thing called the clitoral hood will actually come out and cover the clitoris to
protect it from further direct stimulation? (And no, I’m not making this up!)
The point is, once the clitoris is fully stimulated, make sure you pleasure the
G-spot next, whether it be with your hand, tongue or penis.
Find and stimulate the G spot

The G-spot is a zone that feels like the roof of your mouth and is located
about 2 inches inside the vagina on the topside. (On the underside of her
stomach.) There are two basic ways you can pleasure the G. With your fingers by
doing a “come here” motion or with a love position that helps hit the
G-spot…
Use the best position

Not all love positions are made equal. The best one for women is the reverse
missionary (woman on top). This is probably the easiest position for a woman to
climax because she can control the friction to her clitoris and/or
G-spot.
Give her oral sex

The single best way to help a woman reach orgasm, even multiple orgasms, is by
going down on her (cunnilingus). While at first I didn’t believe it, countless
studies have been done to prove this fact. Oral sex is easier and much more
satisfying for women than intercourse is. Try the ABC’s with your tongue, ask
what she likes, and mix it up with lots of different movements! However be VERY
careful! With over 6,000 nerve endings in the clitoris, make sure you know
everything there is to know before poking your tongue around there, otherwise
it could be really painful and, even worse, spoil the mood.

So there you have it – 10 tips you can start using right away to give women the
most earth-shattering experience of their lives.

Oprah Love Expert Michael Webb is the author of Lick by Lick, the complete
guide to giving women oral pleasure. Unfortunately, most men leave women
frustrated and disappointed after cunnilingus.

Targeting Her Pleasure Buttons:

From a man’s perspective, there are a lot of issues about sex which may bring
you insecurities especially if you’re not so confident about your skills as a
lover. Did she reach orgasm when during your first time together or was she
faking it? When she has one of those ‘girl talks’ with her friends, do you
think that she raves about your skills in bed or does she portray you as a
lousy lover?

In order for you not to feel any insecurity in this department, the best that
you can do is develop your skills as a lover. Remember to always be sensitive
to a woman’s sexual needs, always take her pleasure into account instead of
always looking for your own pleasure, take your time and learn new sexual
tricks every now and then. This way, your wife or girlfriend will feel
satisfied about the way that your sex life is going.
A Woman’s Pleasure Buttons: Differentiating the G-Spot from the Clitoris

For men, the erogenous zone is pretty much concentrated on the area below his
waist and above his thighs. For women, however, there is a pretty wide area
which can be considered as her pleasure zones. The breasts, her thighs, her
waist, the back of her neck and even the not-so-erotic curves of her body can
bring her pleasure when stimulated. And of course, there’s the center of all
her pleasure zones which is her vagina.

How To Give Your Woman The Kind of Orgasm SHE Wants

Ok, after spending a good amount of time on foreplay, your woman is finally
highly aroused. You decide that now is the time to get physical with her.

So, all you need to do is get into your favorite sex position and pound away.
Before you know it, your woman will be achieving some “Earth-Shaking” orgasms,
right?

Well, if you are happy to live in “Never Never” land, then go for it.

There is a lot more to intercourse than a few fancy sex positions and thrusting
like a sledge hammer. Unfortunately, most men do not realize this, thus leaving
themselves wondering why many women find it difficult to achieve any type of
orgasm through intercourse.

Though it is never a good idea to approach sex as if it were a science project,
it is important to understand that a little bit of logic can go a long
way.
The Big “O” Decision

First you have to decide what orgasm you would like to help your woman achieve.
Do you want to give her a g-spot, a-spot or clitoral orgasm?

In order to make the correct decision, you have to take the time to learn your
partner’s sexual likes and dislikes. Would she actually enjoy receiving a
g-spot orgasm? Some women find the feeling of g-spot stimulation to be a little
uncomfortable, painful, or just outright annoying. On the other hand, some
women see the g-spot as the ultimate form of ecstasy.

The a-spot also shares a love/hate relationship with many women. The reason for
this is that the a-spot is situated between the cervix and the bladder. If
stimulated correctly, some women can achieve very powerful orgasms. However,
most women don’t enjoy having a penis pounding on their cervix wall, as it can
be very painful.

Discover Tantra Lovemaking, Secrets and Practices

Tantra is a spiritual science from ancient India and in its basic essence, very
similar to Taoism from China. Both involve balancing the male and female
energies to create harmony and have an ultimate goal of unity or spiritual
ecstasy, known as enlightenment. Tantra encourages one to explore every aspect
of life. So obviously the study of sexuality was included, not only included
but in fact revered.

Making love was seen as a gift to God. So there was no repression or guilt
attached to sex. It taught that when a man approaches his beloved he should
have a sacred feeling as if he were going into a temple. The art of sexual love
was the noblest of arts to study. As a young person in ancient India you could
go to the sacred temples and be taught lovemaking secrets by Darkas and
Darkinis, the priests and priestesses of love. The study of sexuality in the
west is very new, whereas relics of Tantric rituals date back nearly five
thousand years. So there is an incredible wealth of knowledge we can draw on
and use in our own lovemaking.

Tantra lovemaking can add to the ways you make love in 3 major areas:

Firstly: It gives you ways to reach heightened states of ecstasy and pleasure
beyond the realms of normal sex;

Secondly: It teaches you ways to open to more love so that your heart opens
even more to your partner and you remember how great it feels to be deeply,
passionately "in love."

Thirdly: it teaches Sacred Sex- ways to transform your lovemaking into a sacred
experience which will touch you on every level of your being, body, heart and
soul

A male can increase and expand the amount of ecstasy he can have and at the
same time increase the length of time he is able to make love so that his
partner has a chance of reaching higher states. Ejaculation control is an
essential skill to master so that during lovemaking, instead of ejaculating at
the first peak of energy which a lot of men do, they can learn instead to peak
with that energy and use techniques to spread that energy throughout the entire
body. Then as the urgency for ejaculation subsides, continue to make love again
until reaching another peak - much higher than the first peak and then he can
use techniques to peak and spread the energy again. As he Continues to do this,
reaching higher and higher peaks of ecstasy and at the same time his beloved is
feeling that energy and is being warmed up to higher orgasmic states.
Ejaculation control is a skill that can be learned like any other skill. With
the guidance of reading “sexual secrets for men: a man can learn to enjoy more
and more pleasure without the urgency to come.

Sexual Health Inventory for Men

There are 40 million couples not having sex in America, and the numbers are
growing.

It is my belief that this is not just a medical issue but even more so, the
fact we have lost the ability to connect with others and ourselves.

Most sexual dysfunction has to do with a psychological issues.

When men feel unsuccessful in the relationship or their jobs they lose
confidence.

Most men today feel that their partners are always disappointed in them and
therefore do not feel successful in the relationship.
Add job pressures to that and a man will more than likely start to have issue
with erections.

Please check out this questionnaire but read my thoughts along these lines as
well, as there is more benefit to the pharmaceutical companies for you to take
their drugs, than to learn some Tantra and be well.

Men, this five-question quiz will help you determine whether you should consult
your doctor for erectile dysfunction, a condition in which you can't get or
keep an erection long enough to have sexual intercourse.

1. How do you rate your confidence that you could get and keep an
erection?
1: Very low
2: Low
3: Moderate
4: High
5: Very high

Generally men are concerned with this and if it has happened on more than one
occasion you will even be more anxious. Remember most erection issues are
emotional based caused by anxiety and stress.

2. When you had erections with stimulation, how often were your erections hard
enough for penetration (entering your partner)?
0: No sexual activity
1: Almost never or never
2: A few times (much less than half the time)
3: Sometimes (about half the time)
4: Most times (much more than half the time)
5: Almost always or always

Once again, stress and anxiety can reduce your blood flow and cause your
erection to fail. Better to learn some good breath techniques, that and the art
of the soft on ( a very sexy Tantric technique)

3. During sexual intercourse, how often were you able to maintain your erection
after you had penetrated (entered) your partner?
0: Did not attempt intercourse
1: Almost never or never
2: A few times (much less than half the time)
3: Sometimes (about half the time)
4: Most times (much more than half the time)
5: Almost always or always

Fear of failure, fear of pregnancy, fear of not satisfying your partner will
cause all of this as well, get to a Tantra class before you start taking a
drug.

4. During sexual intercourse, how difficult was it to maintain your erection to
completion of intercourse?
0: Did not attempt intercourse
1: Extremely difficult
2: Very difficult
3: Difficult
4: Slightly difficult
5: Not difficult

Tantric have the ability to have orgasm without ejaculation and therefore do
not even need to have a penis that functions.. true story

5. When you attempted sexual intercourse, how often was it satisfactory for
you?
0: Did not attempt intercourse
1: Almost never or never
2: A few times (much less than half the time)
3: Sometimes (about half the time)
4: Most times (much more than half the time)
5: Almost always or always

Wow, well I do know that most men think sex is like pizza, even bad pizza is
still pizza. U do believe there are men out there that know there is way more
to sex than everyone just getting off. I also know that sexual satisfaction has
way more to do with how you feel in your heart and spirit than the tension
release from an orgasm.

What’s your score?

Add the numbers associated with your five answers. If your score is 21 or
lower, consider speaking with your doctor.

Ten Little-Known Sexual Dysfunction Facts

I think that most sexual dysfunction is caused by sexual ignorance and lack of
understanding our bodies, as well as tension, stress and insecurity.
I wonder if they are counting not being orgasmic as a sexual problem. Or are
they counting the woman that have never masturbated and therefore does not know
anything about their own bodies and are trying to find a man that can figure it
out.
Or men that just need to have and feel loved, and appreciated before they can
enjoy sex.

Sexual problems occur in 43 percent of American women.
Sexual problems occur in 31 percent of American men.
About 10 percent of women have never had an orgasm.
Painful intercourse has been experienced by almost two out of three women at
some time in their lives.
It is common for breast-feeding women to have inadequate vaginal
lubrication.
About 15 percent of postmenopausal women experience a decrease in their sexual
desire.
The success rate for women's orgasmic dysfunction treatment by sex therapists
tends to range from 65 percent to 85 percent.
About 22 percent of women experience low sexual desire (compared to 5 percent
of men).
Some 21 percent of men experience premature ejaculation.
A woman's level of androgen (a hormone that develops and maintains masculine
characteristics) typically falls 50 percent during and after menopause (but
it's unclear whether the drop translates into decreased sex drive in a large
percentage of women).

Couple's intimacy issues

Couples start their relationships with such optimism and pleasure. Endless
lovemaking, kissing and laughing.

How can something so wonderful go so bad?

Your selection process for a mate is age old, and if all your senses are
working correctly the match should be unbeatable right?

Not so today.

For instance, one way we choose our lovers is by smell.
We are an over deodorized society and we have a very small but relationship
deadly thing happening to us daily.

The birth control pill.

Women are attracted to an opposite immune system than they have, for the sole
purpose of procreation. It over rides her logic, so even if she doesn't want
babies, her nose is still making her mate choices.

Off the pill a woman will pick a man that smells right ( opposite immunity) she
will want to wear the shirt he wore yesterday, sleep in his bed, revel in his
smell. Chemically this couple is set up for passion.

Being on the pill mimics pregnancy and when pregnant, a woman wants to be with
her tribe ( same immune system)

So, she will most likely, pick a man that smells like her brother.... once off
the pill or finished with pregnancy she will dislike how he smells and that can
put a screeching halt to desire.

This is just one of the many things that couples face today.

Tantra couples learn to avoid all the common pitfalls of typical relationship
and sexual issues By getting educated and empowered.

If you are having great sex, see me today to ensure you will still be doing
that 5 years from now, 15 years from now. Get educated together and make sure
you avoid the sexual pitfalls of 50 percent of all relationship out there.
